The Ashland County Land Bank will conduct an open bid auction on the following parcel:
329 Dorchester St, Ashland Ohio — starting bid $1,000
The auction will be held at the Land Bank’s conference room at 1605 Co Rd 1095, Ashland, on July 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Pre-approval form can be found on this site under the “FORMS” tab. Highest bidder will be required to pay $500 or 50% of auction price (whichever is lower) security deposit on day of auction.
Preapproval form and any other supporting documents must be received by 5:00 PM Friday, July 12, 2025, via delivery to Land Bank office, U.S. mail, or email (ashlandcountylandbank@gmail.com).

The next Land Bank Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 9:30 AM, in the Land Bank meeting room at 1605 Co Rd 1095, Ashland.
