The Ashland County Land Bank is seeking qualified demolition contractors to submit proposals for the demolition and site restoration of the following properties below. Click on the “Spec Sheet” links below for more information on all projects.
** The project at 224 Bustle Street, Loudonville, OH, has been awarded to Flenner Water Well and Excavating LLC with a bid of $12,600.
NO AUCTIONS SCHEDULED AT THIS TIME.
Next scheduled Land Bank board meeting will be Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 9:30 am at the board meeting room located at 1605 Co Rd 1095, Ashland.
