The Ashland County Land Bank was born out of a necessity to combat the growing number of abandoned and neglected properties within our community. Established in 2018, our board of directors, including community leaders and dedicated volunteers, identified their mission to turn eyesores into assets.
Ever since, we’ve been driven by a simple yet profound goal of making Ashland County a more beautiful, safe, and economically vibrant place to live. With each property we reclaim, we take another step toward achieving this vision.
