If you own a structure that needs to be torn down, Ohio law provides a way for land banks to demolish them through nuisance removal. In this process, the owner retains ownership but gets it removed after the local governing body and a land bank representative sign the agreement.

Records of the Ashland County Land Reutilization Corporation which are not exempt from disclosure under the law are available for inspection and copying in accordance with the Ohio Public Records Act.
